Altea Active is in search of a proactive Member Engagement Associate to join our guest services team. This role entails providing outstanding service and support to ensure member satisfaction and retention. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset to thrive in this customer-focused position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and assist with service inquiries
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule current member appointments and assist with passes
• Keep lobby and cafe areas clean and organized
• Update customer records accurately in the system

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Education related to health and fitness preferred
• Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude
