In this agile role, you’ll engage directly with families, offering tours and managing their registrations for classes. A calm, organized approach will allow you to handle inquiries and multitask effectively, all while ensuring our facility remains a friendly, energetic space. Your contribution directly influences the families' progress and comfort in the water.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet families and conduct informative facility tours
• Book classes and process financial transactions smoothly
• Respond to phone calls and emails with care




• Offer assistance in program selection tailored to each swimmer
• Keep the facility organized and prepared for activities

Requirements:
• 1 year of customer service experience is an advantage
• Excellent communicator with a friendly demeanor
• Capable of multitasking and staying composed
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems
• Willingness to achieve Standard First Aid certification
