Position

PREFER: Agricultural Journeyman Technician

OPTIONAL: Journeyman Technician (on or Off-road)

BRAND EXPERIENCE: New Holland, CASE IH, John Deere, Caterpillar, Kubota, AGCO

Determine extent of repair required

Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts

Test repaired equipment for proper performance

Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work

Service attachments and working tools

Analytical and problem solving skills

Decision making skills





Effective verbal and listening communication skills

Ability to read and write to keep daily records including maintenance reports and documentation

Stress & time management skills

Must have your own tools

Pay & Advantages

Straight Time shop starting between $45.00/hour and $55.00/hour (negotiable higher depending on experience)

Three weeks paid vacation after your first year

Benefits after 90 days of employment
