Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily leasing activities and keep track of available properties
• Respond to tenant and broker inquiries with timely follow-ups
• Perform cold calling and direct outreach to prospective tenants




• Assist in creating leasing proposals and summaries
• Collaborate with legal, development, and marketing teams

Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing
• Passion for commercial leasing and tenant engagement
• Confidence in cold outreach and follow-through
• Robust organization and communication abilities
• Valid BC driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office
