Take the lead as a Senior Service & UX Designer in transforming public-sector digital services. This contract role provides remote flexibility while directly impacting user experience through creative design practices.

With over ten years of experience in UX and service design, you'll engage in hands-on research and bring enterprise solutions to life. Collaborating with Product Managers, Analysts, and other experts, you’ll focus on accessibility and user-centered design principles to ensure all services meet user and policy requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion human-centered design methodologies in each project
• Perform stakeholder research and journey mapping activities
• Create interactive prototypes and design systems for enterprise solutions




• Drive usability assessments and continuous improvement efforts
• Conduct workshops and facilitate design sessions for teams

Requirements:
• Ten years of UX/UI/service design experience
• Five years in a government or regulated environment
• Hands-on expertise with Figma and prototyping tools
• Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards
• Must attend meetings in Edmonton for onboarding
