We seek a highly skilled Program Manager to lead enterprise transformation efforts within the Transformation Management Office. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead governance and portfolio management for TMO initiatives
• Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation programs

• Identify and mitigate project-level risks and dependencies
• Update senior leadership on program progress and KPIs

Requirements:
• Over 8 years of experience in program management
• At least 5 years leading Project Managers or similar roles
• Certification in PgM, PMP, or Agile methodologies required
• Proven ability to manage significant budgets effectively
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders
