In this role, you’ll assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping under the guidelines set by the Care Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:
• Aid clients with personal care and maintain hygiene
• Prepare meals and support light housekeeping tasks
• Accompany clients on outings and assist with errands




• Provide reminders for medication and assist with mobility
• Maintain documentation and follow prescribed care plans

Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent qualifications
• Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to complete
• Must pass a TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Ability to commute within designated area
• Internet access and mobile phone required
