A solid grasp of maintenance contract execution is essential to excel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee gas maintenance and plumbing contracts
• Manage a team of field engineers and subcontractors




• Organize workload and scheduling for efficiency
• Facilitate maintenance service delivery across varied sites
• Handle extra project works and variations as needed

Requirements:
• Experience in commercial plumbing and heating
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating is desirable
• Relevant certifications like SMSTS/SSSTS are a plus
• Gas Protected or OFTEC qualifications beneficial
• Strong understanding of maintenance delivery models
