Shape transformative experiences at the Rotman School of Management as their Strategic Engagement & Experience Design Lead. Focus on enhancing student engagement while collaborating with industry partners in a full time role.
This lead role at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management requires a minimum of 5 years in business design or related fields. You will manage the Business Design Initiative’s administrative functions and staff, engage with students and external stakeholders, as well as design programs that elevate the learning experience. Your expertise in human-centered design methodologies will help Rotman maintain its competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the BDI's community of practice and student engagement efforts
• Design transformative student programs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage budgets, planning,



and administrative functions of BDI
• Maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external groups
• Participate in advisory boards and committees for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• MBA focusing on human-centered design or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in business or service design
• Proven relationship management and negotiation skills
• Strong financial management and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and problem-solving skills
