We seek an experienced operator to be part of our agricultural drainage team. This seasonal role, spanning until December 2026 and into April 2027, involves working throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Key duties include operating excavators, tractors, and tile plows as well as ensuring compliance with drainage plans and maintaining equipment integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators, tractors, and dozers on-site
• Install subsurface drainage tiles per specifications




• Follow GPS-guided plans for drainage installation
• Excavate and backfill trenches as required
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance on equipment

Requirements:
• Proven experience with heavy equipment operation
• Solid work ethic and reliable attitude
• Ability to work long hours and travel to job sites
• Physically fit and capable of manual labor
• Valid driver's license required
