In this full time position, you will utilize your advanced nursing skills, including pharmacotherapeutic interventions and health assessment techniques, to deliver exceptional patient care. You’ll report directly to the Nurse Manager and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote health and wellness in the Chronic Resident Unit. Your goal will be to optimize care outcomes in an evidence-based framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess resident health and develop individualized care plans
• Order and analyze essential diagnostic tests




• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with team members for optimal care delivery
• Contribute to quality improvement projects in the facility

Requirements:
• Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP)
• Minimum 2 years of RN (NP) experience
• Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS)
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Registration with the CRNS as RN (NP)
