As a floater, you will gain valuable experience while supporting various functions, from assessing day-old chicks' quality to collaborating with sanitation teams and managing inventories. Your hands-on contributions will directly affect food security initiatives across Canada, all while ensuring quality animal care practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Determine quality and gender in day-old chicks
• Work in the separator and tray wash departments
• Assist in chick deliveries to farming operations
• Participate in inventory management and receiving
• Collaborate in inovo transfer tasks when needed

Requirements:
• Commitment to secure working conditions
• Understanding of animal welfare and biosecurity
• Excellent time management capabilities
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. repeatedly
• Valid G driver’s license is necessary
