ProResp is seeking a Service Delivery Representative for their Stratford location. This permanent position requires candidates to manage the delivery and maintenance of oxygen-related equipment, interacting directly with patients to meet their needs. This role includes training in home oxygen delivery and complies with safety regulations to ensure quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and maintain oxygen equipment for clients
• Conduct vehicle maintenance checks before and after use
• Load products safely according to daily requirements




• Set up equipment for new and existing clients
• Provide exemplary care and training to clients on equipment operation

Requirements:
• Valid G Driver's License with satisfactory driving record
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and manipulate 100 lbs
• Clean vulnerable sector screening required
• Strong customer service skills in patient interactions
• Minimum of secondary school education
