In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, the Chief of Staff will play an integral role in strategic transformation. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic and annual planning processes
• Oversee change management strategies

Requirements:
• Relevant University degree; Master's advantageous
• Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles
• Familiarity with Board governance practices
• Critical understanding of anti-racism and inclusion
