The Materials Coordinator/ Shipper Receiver position supports the project by managing warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, and facilitating material preservation. Reporting to the Material Manager, this role requires solid organizational and documentation skills, complemented by proficiency in SAP and Oracle Unifier. You will engage in safety compliance while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality
• Maintain material inventory and traceability




• Coordinate outbound shipments and transfers
• Manage warehouse facilities and laydown areas
• Perform documentation and generate reports

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of logistics and inventory experience
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields is an asset
• Forklift certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder coordination
