This role targets candidates with experience in customer service and a solid understanding of Indigenous governance. The successful candidate will champion the Manitoba Indigenous Loan Guarantee Program, engaging with various stakeholders to facilitate participation. You'll be responsible for crafting communication documents, conducting analyses, and recommending improvements to enhance program success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with Indigenous and industry stakeholders effectively
• Create internal and external communication materials




• Perform research to guide program delivery improvements
• Support partnerships to strengthen economic initiatives
• Recommend policy enhancements for program sustainability

Requirements:
• Customer service experience in a relevant setting
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Understanding of Indigenous histories and rights
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Proficiency in French is an asset
