Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement customized recreational programs
• Review individual resident care plans regularly
• Supervise volunteers and team staff during activities
• Facilitate council meetings and community services
• Ensure department budget is effectively managed

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in recreation or related fields preferred
• Leadership experience in senior care
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with community services and legislation
• Valid driver's license and required screening
