Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee swimming lessons and instructor support
• Review progress evaluations and prepare operational reports
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and conducts inspections




• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain visible presence
• Manage facility cleanliness and conduct pool maintenance tasks

Requirements:
• Previous swim instruction experience essential
• Must have current LSS Swim or Red Cross certifications
• Valid Standard First Aid certification required
• National Lifeguard award is necessary
• Acceptable police clearance for vulnerable sector
