Share plan & other savings
Compensation and Benefits Salary range (but not limited to): 94,200 - 115,200
Incentive plan Annual bonus: 12% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc.
What the Role Entails: Consult, coach and provide direction to managers and employees on matters pertaining to employee relations, performance management, disability management, the interpretation and application of company policies and employment legislation and change management initiatives, nationally.
Facilitate the resolution of conflicts, complaints or problems.
Ensure consistent understanding and delivery of HR policies and programs within the assigned client groups.
Lead and support people related initiatives within the client groups, including the acquisition and integration process, reorganization, new role and team creation, compensation alignment, and related change management and communication strategies.
Work with HR Manager to resolve issues where legal representation has been obtained.
Lead or participate in the review of current human resources management programs and practices.
Develop and deliver training for managers and employees as part of the deployment and implementation strategy of programs and initiatives.
Facilitate HR programs or cyclical initiatives as required.
The Successful candidate will have: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
CPHR/CHRL is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and inquiries successfully in a fast‑paced and changing workplace.
Knowledge of provincial employment standards legislation in Ontario, Alberta, and Nova Scotia, other provinces an asset.
Strong business acumen with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and executives on strategic business matters.
Excellent creativity, flexibility, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with geographically dispersed team members and stakeholders, in a virtual and hybrid environment.
