In your role, you will be vital in overseeing the contractor lifecycle and providing operational support within the Home Performance Contractor Network. You’ll excel at maintaining accurate records, resolving contractor inquiries, and facilitating their onboarding and offboarding processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer contractor lifecycle and membership activities
• Verify compliance with contractor credentials
• Support contractors by responding to their inquiries




• Maintain comprehensive and accurate CRM records
• Identify and implement process improvements for contractors

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in program or membership administration
• Solid experience in customer service and stakeholder relations
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote role
