What You'll Be Contributing:

Manage all aspects involved in full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing strategy, phone interview process, presentation and selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative components;

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners to create partnerships that yield successful results and build credibility;

Work in conjunction with the HR team members to execute a successful recruitment and selection process ensuring high quality of hire and successful onboarding experience;

Track and report key recruitment metrics.

What Sets You Apart:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Human Relations or equivalent;

Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required;

Must be able to work in a fast paced setting;

Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure;

Must be able to collaborate, influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
