Our client is looking for some temporary coverage of their reception desk for 6 to 8 weeks. Perfect person for this role has previous reception experience, medical office exposure, and is available to start ASAP.
What's in it for you: $26.00 - $28.00 hourly
Contract duration: 6 to 8 weeks (chance of extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time in-office, 8:30am to 5pm
Location: Prince Albert

Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient intake and scheduling by entering referrals for testing, booking appointments, and maintaining electronic patient records.
Provide customer service and administrative support by answering phone and walk-in inquiries, sharing information about services and products, and assisting with insurance and funding questions.




Process branch transactions and documentation by preparing invoices, completing data entry, and supporting financial and administrative procedures.
Maintain medical equipment and inventory by cleaning, disinfecting, testing, tracking, and assisting with the maintenance of equipment.
Support clinical operations and compliance by assisting healthcare professionals with documentation, protecting patient confidentiality, and adhering to safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in an administrative role
Any medical office experience will be considered an asset
Fluency with Google Workspace
Solid communication skills
Available for the full duration of the contract
