As a Nurse Practitioner at the Co-operative Health Centre, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive health services to clients. Your responsibilities will include health promotion, disease prevention, and delivering patient-centered care. By connecting with patients and assessing community needs, you will enhance the overall health of the population.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer primary healthcare services in collaboration with clinic teams
• Conduct evaluations and community health assessments
• Provide urgent care and treatment to patients
• Refer clients to other healthcare professionals
• Engage in health promotion and educational projects
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program
• Eligible for registration as RN (NP) with SRNA
• 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience preferred
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to health promotion and community wellness
