This position is vital for supporting the maintenance of a clean and efficient station. As a Civil Maintainer II, you will perform various tasks including decontamination, waste management, and equipment operation. Your work will significantly contribute to the successful operation of the site and support essential radiological protection programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Decontaminate floors, tools, and vehicles
• Maintain Contamination Control Areas effectively
• Handle radioactive waste monitoring and shipping




• Operate portable tools like lawn mowers and vacuum cleaners
• Conduct general custodial activities across the site

Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in custodial and warehouse settings is preferred
• Ability to operate various transport and work equipment
• Willingness to complete radiation protection training
• Must qualify as a Nuclear Energy Worker (NEW)
