We are seeking a dedicated Residential Service Manager for a vibrant care home in Oundle, focusing on dementia care for the elderly. Join a leading health care organization committed to excellence.

This position requires an NVQ/QCF Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care and experience in residential management. You’ll lead the team in delivering personalized care plans and therapeutic activities that cater to the unique needs of residents, ensuring dignity and respect in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create bespoke care packages and schedule engaging activities
• Supervise support and nursing teams in daily operations
• Address health and mobility issues of residents effectively
• Ensure hygiene and personal care needs are consistently met

Requirements:
• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
• Proven experience in residential management roles
