Position Overview The Total Rewards Analyst administers QuadReal’s group benefits and retirement plans, identifies and implements opportunities to automate program administration, and creates analysis and insights that inform our total rewards design and decisions. This role offers a broad scope that spans benefits, pension and compensation across our Canadian and global platform. The position is well suited to a candidate with an established grounding in total rewards administration who is seeking to develop further analytical and program‑design expertise. The Total Rewards Analyst reports to the Benefits Manager.
Responsibilities Administer the group benefits and retirement savings plan, including benefits enrolment, change and termination, premium and contribution deduction, billing and cost allocation.
Act as the subject‑matter resource on the group benefits and retirement savings plan, resolving inquiries from employees, managers and the HR team.
Support the employee wellbeing program, including creating and publishing employee education and communication content.
Support end‑to‑end leave management, coordinating with employees, managers, and external carriers throughout the leave lifecycle.




Work closely with total rewards team members to streamline existing processes and create automations for total rewards program administration across pension, benefits and compensation.
Participate in the global annual total rewards cycle, including compensation review cycles, benefits renewal, compliance filing, employee and management communications.
Participate in total rewards reporting and analysis, including program cost, market competitiveness, plan utilization and employee satisfaction, to surface trends, insights and recommendations.
Support global acquisition and integration projects, including data collection, plan comparison, cost analysis, and project administration.
Competencies, Education and Experience Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
GBA, CEBS, CCP or CPHR designation, or active progress toward one, is an asset.
1‑3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits and Pension, or a combination of these.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build and validate data sets, model scenarios, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
Comfort adopting AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT to automate routine work and drive efficiencies.
Track record of identifying opportunities and taking initiative to improve processes, tools, or ways of working.
Ability to manage competing priorities amidst a fast‑paced and evolving work environment.
Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
A cooperative, empathetic approach to the employee experience, building trusted relationships across HR and the wider organization.




Strong Excel skills and working experience with HRIS applications (ideally Workday).
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $65,000 – $75,000.
Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance‑based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.
