The candidate will lead the performance testing lifecycle, develop complex workload models, identify application bottlenecks, and work closely with development and Dev

Ops teams to ensure application scalability, stability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute performance testing strategies, plans, workload models, and test scenarios .

Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability Testing .

Develop and maintain advanced, reusable JMeter performance test scripts .

Create and execute performance tests using Load

Runner / Load

Runner Enterprise .

Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks , and provide optimization recommendations.

Monitor application, database, infrastructure, and network performance during test execution.

Define performance entry/exit criteria, SLAs, workload models, and performance baselines .

Collaborate with developers, architects, Dev

Ops, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues.

Lead performance test execution and coordinate with junior performance engineers.

Prepare performance test reports, dashboards, defect reports,



and recommendations for stakeholders.

Support performance testing integration with CI/CD and Dev

Ops pipelines where required.

Required Skills: 4 6 years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering .

Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter .

Strong experience with Load

Runner / Load

Runner Enterprise .

Experience developing complex performance test scripts and workload models .

Strong knowledge of Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability Testing .

Experience with performance monitoring, analysis, and bottleneck identification .

Understanding of application, database, network, and infrastructure performance .

Experience defining SLAs, performance baselines, and acceptance criteria .

Good understanding of REST APIs, web applications, and distributed systems .

Experience working with Dev

Ops, CI/CD, and Agile teams .

Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills: Performance testing in cloud environments (Azure/AWS) .

Experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, App

Dynamics, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools .

Scripting/programming knowledge in Java, Java

Script, or Python .

Experience integrating JMeter/Load

Runner with CI/CD pipelines .

Experience leading or mentoring performance testing teams.
