Job Post End Date: 10/01/2026 About this opportunity: Reporting to the Team Lead, this role provides analytical and operational support for production accounting, regulatory reporting, and production operations activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate maintenance of production, ownership, and financial data while supporting critical month-end and regulatory processes.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career skilled to develop expertise in production accounting, regulatory, compliance, production agreements, and data analysis within a dynamic energy environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.

What youll do: Maintain and update ownership, division of interest (DOI), and facility charge configurations within business systems, ensuring alignment with land and joint venture agreements.

Support production accounting and production operations activities, including the preparation and validation of netback data for oil, gas, and NGL production streams.

Review and analyze facility charge-outs, investigate discrepancies, and support accurate cost allocation and reporting.

Assist with production accounting amendments and data maintenance activities to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Coordinate and monitor month-end activities, regulatory reporting requirements, and key production reporting deadlines.

Analyze operational and financial data, identify trends or issues, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data, reporting, and accounting inquiries in a timely manner.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the ongoing enhancement of reporting accuracy, efficiency, and system controls.

Who you are: Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements: Legally authorized to work in Canada Bachelor''s degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of one year of experience in accounting, finance, energy operations, regulatory reporting, production accounting, or an analytical role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills,



including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

Experience with energy industry systems, production accounting, or regulatory reporting is considered an asset.
