This is a sales-focused, member-facing position that requires confidence, initiative, strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with both prospective and current members.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail management or another relationship-driven environment is a strong asset.

This is not a seasonal or short-term student position.

local events and business partnerships to generate new leads Managing front-desk operations, member inquiries and day-to-day studio responsibilities Working closely with our coaching and leadership teams to create an exceptional studio experience Helping maintain a clean, organized and professional studio environment Who Were Looking For: Youre someone who: Is extremely confident starting conversations and connecting with new people Is comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with leads Is motivated by goals and enjoys working toward measurable results Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Is dependable, professional and accountable Communicates clearly and confidently Enjoys being part of a team but can work independently Wants to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility over time Has flexible availability, including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends You dont need to be a fitness expert to work here.
