Adecco is currently hiring a Production Manager for a full-time prospect in a manufacturing environment in Delta, BC.

This role is ideal for experienced leaders with expertise in production planning, operations management, team leadership, KPI management, continuous improvement, and manufacturing performance.

As the Production Manager, you will lead daily operations, optimize production performance, develop high-performing teams, and ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and on time.

Pay Rate: $95,000 - $120,000 / year (depending on experience) Location: Delta, BC Shift: Morning 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM | Afternoon 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM | Night 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Job type: Permanent | Full time Responsibilities: Lead daily production operations and manage production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.

Monitor and improve key performance metrics including OEE, productivity, efficiency, downtime, quality, and labour utilization.

Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and production teams while supporting employee engagement and accountability.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and workplace safety requirements.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions related to production, quality, and operational issues.

Partner with Maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and support preventative maintenance activities.

Support workforce planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and operational cost management.

Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or operations management.

Strong experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce management.

Proven success leading production teams and improving operational performance.

Experience driving KPIs, productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management systems.

Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, or a similar manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Post-secondary education in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field is an asset.

Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, WHMIS, or Health & Safety training is considered an asset.
