Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates who have: Current or recent experience working as an Intra-Oral Dental Assistant Level II.
Experience in both general chairside dental assisting and intra-oral procedures.
Experience training, supervising, mentoring or precepting Dental Assistants or Dental Assisting students.
Experience participating in the setup or organization of a dental clinic,
operatory or educational dental laboratory.
Experience sourcing dental equipment, instruments, materials or supplies.
Experience communicating or negotiating with dental suppliers and equipment vendors.
Practical experience using ABELDent, DEXIS Titanium and Carestream RVG.
Experience managing dental inventories, sterilization areas, equipment or clinical supplies.
Experience delivering practical demonstrations or competency-based skills training.

Additional Requirement The successful candidate must satisfy all applicable instructor qualification requirements under MCURES and provide the documentation required by CIMT College to verify instructor qualifications and occupational experience before being assigned instructional responsibilities.
