Friday: 7 AM 6 PM EST Saturday: 9 AM 5 PM EST (2x/ month) Location: 100% remote (anywhere in Canada) Employment Type: Full-time contract, with the possibility of permanency after probation Advantages -100% Remote Work from the comfort of your home, no commute needed -Full time opportunity- Monday- Friday: 9:00 am-7:00 pm EST -Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating monthly shifts including every two Saturdays/ month (9:00 am-5:00 pm EST) -Contract opportunity with potential for permanency after probation -2 weeks of paid training, followed by 2-4 weeks of nesting -Provided work equipment after successfully completed the first week -Upon permanency- salary revision after 3 months, bonus opportunities, pension plan, paid care and vacation days Responsibilities - Handle incoming omnichannel client interactions, build rapport, understand travel needs, and advise on destinations within budget. - Provide relevant travel documentation, restrictions, guidelines, and safety tips in a clear, timely manner. - Organize and book tickets, accommodations,
insurance, ground transportation, rental cars, and tours. - Advise on and facilitate leisure, group, and multi-destination travel bookings. - Securely handle client data in compliance with privacy guidelines and policies. - Collaborate with the travel team to deliver exceptional service and enhance program knowledge. - Follow standard travel procedures and policies. - Cross-sell products and services where applicable. - Maintain quality assurance scores, KPI requirements, and schedule adherence.
Qualifications -3+ years experience in the travel industry (retail or leisure focus) -1+ year of customer service in a high-touch environment -Proficiency in Amadeus (GDS) is required -Certifications: TICO (mandatory) & OPC ( if based in Quebec) -Bilingual: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken -Solid communication and multitasking skills -Ability to work independently and manage priorities Technical Requirements: A stable wired internet connection (WiFi not recommended) **Must have access to their own computer for the first week Summary This role is more than support its about creating experiences.
