Position: Tuna loiner - seafood processing operation Location: Vancouver, BC Job type: Full-Time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operate band saw to break down whole tuna into loins

Perform clean, precise loining cuts while maintaining yield Trim and portion tuna to meet quality specifications Maintain consistency in cuts and product presentation Work efficiently to meet daily production targets Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols Maintain a clean and organized workstation Support overall production flow as needed EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Hands-on experience with tuna loining Comfort operating band saws in a production environment Understanding of yield, product handling, and quality standards Experience working in a rapid-paced seafood processing environment REQUIREMENTS Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail and quality Ability to work as part of a team Physically capable of working in a production environment
