Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for long periods,



bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong listening skills and the ability to carry out verbal or written directions accurately.

Understanding and application of workplace safety rules and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Reliable and Punctual Work Ethic: Consistent attendance, dependable performance, and a willingness to work flexible hours or overtime.

Responsibilities Assist with a wide range of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials.

Clean and Prepare Job Sites, transparent debris, sweep, and set up or dismantle work areas to maintain a safe and organized job site.

Use shovels, drills, saws, and other tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.

Load and Unload Materials and Equipment.

Perform pre and post-trip inspections on equipment.
