A vibrant and engaging company culture focused on employee appreciation and morale Responsibilities: Provide leadership, mentorship, and operational support to the human resources function, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting workforce planning and staffing decisions.

Oversee departmental priorities and key initiatives, ensuring projects are executed effectively and aligned with organizational objectives.

Lead the implementation, optimization, and transition of HR programs, systems, and processes.

Promote employee engagement and support initiatives that contribute to a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace environment.

Manage recruitment activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.

Partner with operational leaders to provide guidance on workforce planning, scheduling, staffing requirements, employment legislation, attendance management,



and employee relations matters.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support organizational needs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience, with the ability to quickly assess priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Experience supporting operational or production-based workforces, with a strong understanding of workforce planning and employee relations in fast-paced settings.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically while effectively managing competing priorities, delegating responsibilities, and driving initiatives to completion.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.

Experience utilizing human resources information systems (HRIS) and related technology platforms to support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and workforce reporting.

Flexibility to support business operations outside of standard business hours on occasion.

Strong knowledge of applicable employment legislation, workplace policies, and human resources best practices.
