Job Title: Janitorial Associate

A Janitorial Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in

designated areas, performing tasks such as dusting, mopping, and sanitizing to

ensure a protected and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cleaning Tasks: Perform routine cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping,

mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in residential buildings common areas.

* Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recyclables properly, ensuring bins

are emptied and liners replaced regularly.

* Restocking Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in

restrooms and common areas to maintain adequate stock levels.

* Inspection and Reporting: Conduct routine inspections of cleaning areas to

ensure the standards are met and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

to management.

* Specialized Cleaning: Carry out deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as

carpet cleaning, window washing, and floor waxing, using appropriate equipment

and cleaning agents.





Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and the ability to notice areas

that require additional attention.

* Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending,

and standing for extended periods.

* Time Management: Efficiently manage time to complete all assigned tasks

within the designated time frames.

* Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills to interact with clients and

team members effectively.

* Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is

preferred but not always required.
