Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is hiring Order Pickers to support high-volume distribution operations for our client partners. Successful candidates will ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

- Pick customer and store orders accurately using RF scanners, pick lists, or warehouse systems
- Locate and retrieve merchandise from designated warehouse locations
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is an asset
- RF scanner experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move boxes safely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation is an asset

- Shifts available include days and afternoons.
