Human Resources Administrator

Are you the person who catches the missing signature, notices the incorrect date, and can spot a payroll discrepancy after anyone else?

If so, we're looking for a Human Resources Administrator who is a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional who excels in written communication, works independently with minimal supervision, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy within HR systems and documentation.
What You'll Do
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with exceptional accuracy
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure integrity and compliance across HR systems
- Draft, format, and edit professional HR documents including memos, letters, meeting minutes/notes, internal templates, and written correspondence
- Draft compelling, accurate and compliant job advertisements based on role requirements
- Post job ads across selected platforms and monitor performance
- Assist recruiters with document collection (driver's licenses, direct deposit information, outstanding paperwork, etc.)
- Compile application data and recruitment spend to track/report on Sourcing ROI
- Assist with ATS reporting and test for accuracy
- Assist with pre-screening as required during high-volume periods
- Reception duties including answering/directing calls,
assisting walk-ins, troubleshooting technology issues with candidates
- Responding to employee inquiries professionally and confidentially

Qualifications
- Diploma or post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an HR administrative, data management, or support-focused role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in a fast-paced or detail-oriented HR environment is an asset
- Prior experience working with systems such as UKG or JD Edwards is preferred
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
