Title: Staffing Coordinator, Recruitment & Business Development

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $47,000 to $55,000 annually, based on experience

Location: Cambridge

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Staffing Coordinator to join our Cambridge team. This is a full-time, in-office role suited for someone who enjoys recruitment, client service, business to business sales, and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Staffing Coordinator will support recruitment and business-to-business (B2B) sales activities for industrial, logistics, transportation, administrative, and office positions. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and associates, conducting client outreach and lead generation, identifying new business opportunities, responding to urgent staffing needs, and maintaining accurate candidate and client records in the ATS/CRM system.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities throughout the day.

Job Duties:

- Manage recruitment and placement for industrial, warehouse, logistics, transportation, administrative, and office positions.
- Source, screen, interview,



and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Match qualified candidates to client requirements and coordinate interviews, placements, and onboarding.
- Develop new B2B business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, client visits, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand staffing needs and identify business opportunities.
- Prepare staffing proposals, negotiate service agreements, and identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Manage client accounts and provide ongoing customer service to ensure staffing needs are addressed promptly.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and respond quickly to urgent and last-minute staffing requirements.
- Coordinate temporary employee schedules, availability, attendance, assignments, and workplace communications.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information, documentation, certifications, and employment records in the ATS/CRM system.
- Support onboarding, compliance, payroll, and timesheet processes as required.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or human resources.
- Experience recruiting within industrial, logistics,



transportation, or office environments is considered a robust asset.
- Previous business development or sales experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Avionté BOLD, is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
