We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. At DiGusto we pride our selves on our quality of food as well as exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leadership, and restaurant management. If you have a passion for the food industry and possess exceptional organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

Don't have restaurant management experience...We may be willing to train the right candidate who possesses the qualities and leadership we are looking for.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling,



preparation, and safety protocols
- Proficiency with POS systems and other restaurant technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of kitchen operations is a plus

-Social media and marketing experience is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
