Role Description

This is a remote contract role focused on RWA (Real-World Asset) tokenization within the context of media and entertainment projects. The professional in this role will analyze creative assets, rights structures, and project documentation to identify components suitable for tokenization. Day-to-day tasks include designing tokenization frameworks, collaborating with legal and technical teams, drafting clear specifications and workflows, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliant and transparent asset representation on blockchain or similar infrastructures.

The role also involves documenting processes,



monitoring token performance and lifecycle events, and providing insights on how tokenized assets can support underrepresented creators and production initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of RWA tokenization, digital assets, and basic blockchain or Web3 concepts.
- Experience analyzing contracts, rights, and ownership structures, ideally in media, entertainment, or related industries.
- Ability to translate complex asset and rights information into explicit technical or operational requirements.
- Solid research, documentation, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
- Comfort working remotely on a contract basis, with proactive communication and time management.
- Collaborative mindset, with openness to diverse perspectives and commitment to supporting underrepresented talent.
- Background in finance, law, media production, or technology is beneficial but not required.
- Prior experience with tokenization platforms, smart contracts, or digital marketplaces is an advantage.
