- Aromatica Parfums is looking for energetic, professional, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing retail team.
- This position may be based at either of our locations:
- 672 Columbia St, New Westminster, BC
- Our new Robson Street location in Downtown Vancouver, opening at the end of October 2026
- Successful candidates should be comfortable working at either location based on scheduling and business needs. Initial paid training will take place at our Recent Westminster location before the opening of the Robson Street store.
- As a Sales Associate, you will help customers discover fragrances that match their preferences, provide knowledgeable recommendations, demonstrate products, and create a welcoming and professional in-store experience.
- Previous fragrance experience is an asset, but it is not required. Full product and sales training will be provided.
- Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Help customers find fragrances based on their preferences, lifestyle, and occasion
- Explain fragrance notes, scent profiles, products, and collections
- Guide customers through fragrance testing and product demonstrations
- Recommend additional products and communicate current promotions
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Work toward individual and store sales goals
- Process purchases accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Keep shelves, testers, displays, and the sales floor clean and organized
- Refill testers and restock products as needed
- Assist with inventory and general store organization
- Respond professionally to customer questions in person and over the phone




- Maintain a polished and professional appearance
- Work closely with the team to provide a consistent customer experience
- Qualifications:
- Previous retail, sales, fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury retail experience is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching customers
- Strong interest in fragrance and willingness to learn
- Comfortable demonstrating products and making recommendations
- Sales-focused and motivated to achieve goals
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- POS and cash-handling experience is an asset
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an asset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to work at either our New Westminster or Downtown Vancouver location as needed

- Paid training will initially take place at:

- 672 Columbia StNew Westminster, BC
- Training will cover fragrance knowledge, product recommendations, customer service, sales techniques, POS procedures, merchandising, and store operations.
- Once the Robson Street location opens, team members may be scheduled at either location depending on staffing and business needs.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
