We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Gas Station Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with fueling their vehicles.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Sell fuel, snacks, beverages, and other convenience store items while promoting special offers.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station premises, including fueling areas and convenience store sections.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor fuel inventory levels and report any discrepancies or maintenance needs.




- Uphold safety standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Skills

- Strong sales skills with experience in retail sales preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Proficient cash handling abilities with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Effective phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is advantageous.
- Experience with POS systems to facilitate efficient transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy workplace.
