Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on governance policies and statutory obligations
• Support Board Chair and Committees in evaluations
• Oversee annual governance calendar and meeting arrangements




• Track compliance and coordinate external audit inputs
• Maintain accurate records and governance communications

Requirements:
• Education in business administration or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in governance
• Knowledge of Canadian non-profit sector is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
