Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain current care assessments and documentation
• Order and manage medications per regulatory guidelines
• Educate residents and families about care plans
• Coordinate nursing assignments for timely service delivery
• Act as supervisor in emergency situations

Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse license in the province
• Experience in gerontology or complex care settings
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability in care coordination and management
• Must pass a recent Vulnerable Position Screening
