Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome all visitors and create positive first impressions
• Answer inquiries promptly via various communication channels
• Handle all aspects of memberships and educational bookings




• Act as a resource for information about events and volunteer work
• Monitor and maintain accurate records in multiple CRMs

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in customer-facing roles or hospitality
• Excellent communication in English, other languages are assets
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 and CRMs
• Familiarity with data privacy standards and tools
• Educational background in a relevant field preferred
