This role is ideal for a finance leader experienced in construction, supporting executive leadership, and aligning financial planning with operations. You'll oversee all accounting functions, manage cash flow and compliance with project performance metrics. Strong financial discipline and oversight are vital for maintaining profitability across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting operations, including AR and AP
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with ASPE/IFRS
• Manage cash flow, forecasting,



and working capital
• Review project budgets and cost-to-complete analyses
• Ensure compliance with CRA and provincial regulations

Requirements:
• CPA designation preferred
• 5+ years construction accounting experience
• Strong understanding of job costing and project accounting
• Proficiency in accounting systems like Viewpoint
• Advanced Excel skills
