Join Ledcor Group of Companies as a Payroll Administrator in a hybrid work environment. Handle full-cycle payroll tasks while ensuring accurate stakeholder payments and collaborating with work sites.

This role requires at least two years of payroll experience in a complex office workplace. Key responsibilities include processing payrolls using an ERP system and ensuring timely remit of payments such as CRA and WCB. You will also resolve time entry issues and address payroll inquiries from both internal and external sources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process full cycle hourly and salaried payrolls
• Manage and remit various stakeholder payments
• Collaborate on Time Entry and resolve related issues




• Ensure accurate and timely payroll tax reporting
• Handle payroll-related clerical work as assigned

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Certification as Payroll Compliance Practitioner is an asset
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll processes is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
