This role requires collaboration with the IDR team to craft an annual communications plan while creating content aimed at internal and external audiences. Your responsibilities will include producing beneficiary stories, presentations, and social media visuals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines through effective storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create written and visual content for diverse platforms
• Develop and execute an annual communications plan
• Ensure project-specific communication plans are implemented




• Support project staff through information gathering
• Collaborate to communicate IDR themes to constituents

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
• 2 years of Communications or Journalism experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams on complex issues
