Key Responsibilities:
• Build and set up concrete formwork accurately
• Pour and vibrate concrete to achieve quality standards
• Finish concrete surfaces to specification
• Safely strip forms to facilitate future work
• Engage in general labor duties when needed

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil construction
• Ability to interpret standard formwork drawings
• Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather
